• Start-up assistance: From creation of expert business plans adapted to your particular needs to Postholders, Staff and Crew recruitment, to manuals, mandatory industry subscriptions and preparation of fully-certifiable EASA Part-M and Part-145 organizations, our team of experts will do it all for your start-up, leaving you to focus on creating your market and preparing your revenue streams.
• Aircraft Selection: Count on us for selection of your proper aircraft type, aircraft and records inspections, owner negotiations and lease contracts as well as engineering phase-in of each unit. If your aircraft delivery is late, we will help you bridge the gap with a wet-leased in unit (ACMI) at a reasonable price.
• Spare Parts Management: Whether your airline requires an Engine, an APU, a Landing gear, a brake unit, a cockpit window, new seating or a simple relay or circuit breaker, we have the right connections at the best price for you. No matter the time of the day or night, we are available to guarantee your AOGs are cleared and the aircraft returns safely to service.
• Marketing and Sales: We can help you select and implement sales and distribution systems, assist with your tour operating business to evaluate potential new routes and build your airline branding strategy and improve your revenue management
• Airline management- we offer our full management expertise, whether project-based or long-term involvement in the airline executive boards where we will guide you through the turbulence of today’s changing industry with properly planned and executed strategy plans. In addition, our consultants can support your existing quality and safety departments with implementation of existing and new regulation, company, product or staff audits, creation of procedures and development of company manuals.
• Crew shortage solutions- summer season is booming? adding a new aircraft or aircraft type? Don’t get overwhelmed and stressed about the crew situation! We offer temporary/project and permanent crewing solutions, from pilots to flight attendants to mechanics and even management personnel (including postholders). Your focus must remain on generating revenue and keeping aircraft in the air.
• Insurance: We work with several major Lloyds and Continental markets’ brokers to place your insurance policy in a safe and traditional (but always cost-controlled) environment.
• Various services: we provide aircraft appraisals as well as support for registration of aircraft onto Romanian or US registrars, including obtaining the necessary ferry flight permit approvals and flight support to position the aircraft for maintenance or painting or re-delivery

Brokerage– trading of aircraft (whether for purchase, dry-lease or long or short-term wet-lease (ACMI) or charter, engines and aircraft components (including landing gear) and chemicals. Not only we will find and secure your ideal aircraft, we will help you phase it out and sell it/redeliver to its next owner/operator.  Through our large network of industry contacts, we can provide a large source of engines, APUs, Landing Gear, avionics and other components so count on us with your request. Our USA partners at S&P Aerospace have also a large array of aircraft chemicals ready to ship with long shelf lives.

Representation– Reframe Aviation is proud to be designated as official Sales Representative for Europe and Africa for Jet Landing Systems (a leading landing gear repair station based in Las Vegas, USA), as well as have signed agreements of cooperation with:

• Go2Sky (a growing ACMI carrier based in Slovakia),
• AMC- Airworthiness Management Company (an engineering and maintenance organization based in Paris, France) and
